Our range of acoustic doors
are manufactured from 1.6mm mild steel. Each door is supplied
complete with a heavy gauge, four sided steel frame. All doors
are supplied pre hung on their hinges, within the frame, and
are shimmed into position. These shims are only removed after
the door has been fully installed. All doors are internally
balanced to ensure that rigidity and squareness are maintained.
The stainless steel door sill sits flush with the finished floor
level and enables safe and easy access of personnel and equipment.
The door leafs are supported on adjustable ball bearing hinges
to allow for any building and final adjustment. Our standard
door has a two hour fire rating.
Standard
finish: Red oxide primer oxide is the standard finish
on all of our doors. If required, alternative finishes are available
on request. Standard hardware consists of satin chrome plate
finish.
